It is still not too late

Why global companies invest in mind & high Performance trainings?
At some point, usually after 40 or 50, the body and mind ask real questions:
• Why am I doing all of this?
• For my ego? My role? My family?
• Why do I still struggle with anger, frustration, inner pressure?
• Why do I react and have so little distance to my emotions?
• Why does success alone no longer feel satisfying?
I was lucky. I have asked these questions myself. More than a decade ago.
I met qualified meditation teachers who showed me something essential: Meditation is the simplest and the most demanding practice.
Just sit.Do nothing. For a few minutes. Sounds easy. It isn’t. have you tried it without proper guidance?
Because doing nothing means meeting yourself. Because it is not easy to just sit and be 100% AWAKEN.

Organizations like Google and BASF are not exceptions. They are part of a much broader shift in global leadership development.
